Can Users Access The Text Of Prompts Or Conversations In Their AI Account’s History?

Last time we checked, the APIs for OpenAI and Claude don’t allow users to access records of past messages sent to and from the platform. If an organization wanted to capture transcripts of conversations, that can be done by entering a “webhook” URL from a low-code / no-code platform like Zapier, Make, or Microsoft Power Platform, or enabling downloads in the end user’s interface.
