How It Works

We are seeking experts in high-demand fields who would be interested in co-developing and co-marketing Ai solutions within their domain.  The journey involves the following steps:

01. Discovery / Knowledge Capture (4-6 weeks)

  • Work with our consultants / engineers to identify appropriate opportunities to turn your expertise into AI coaching, training, and support tools.
  • Identify specific organizations to approach for pilots.

02. Development (6-8 weeks)

  • Curate a body of knowledge for the AI tools to reference including your whitepapers, books, slide decks, etc.
  • Our engineering team creates solutions based on your expertise (virtual tutors, on-demand advisors, etc.)

03. Revenue Generation (ongoing)

  • Commission structure ranging from 35% to 65% of subscription revenue (depending on extent of your participation in business development).

04. Expansion (at regular intervals)

  • AI solutions can be upgraded and expanded over time as clients embrace the format and your methodology evolves.

You retain full ownership of your methodologies, frameworks, and control how your IP can be used in AI applications. Beyond that, we will implement technical safeguards to ensure any documents uploaded to the system are used as intended during user conversations.

That varies based on the scope of the project – anywhere from 16 to 20 hours over 6 to 8 weeks to create an AI tutor capable of delivering a brief workshop, versus 40 to 80 hours over 2 or 3 months to create an AI advisor capable of guiding users through the application of complex  frameworks in a range of contexts (including quality testing of outputs.)

No – that’s what our team is for! Your role is to share your expertise and methodology. Our AI engineers handle all technical aspects of development and deployment.

Revenue varies based on market demand and your level of involvement in business development. Partners taking an active role in sales can receive commissions of up to 65% while those preferring a passive role typically receive commissions of 35%.  While we cannot guarantee performance, some of our partners are currently in the initial pilot stages of five, six, and seven figure engagements.

No – the AI solutions are designed to enhance and scale your practice, not replace it. Many partners find that having AI solutions actually strengthens their position with existing clients while opening doors to new opportunities, driving demand for your premium services while automating routine tasks that previously consumed valuable time.
