The Development Process

Together, we will go through the following steps:

01. Initial Brainstorming (1-2 hours)

  • Identify common client pain points that could be solved with Parrotbox’s technology and other opportunities to translate your expertise into high-value AI solutions.
  • Define key requirements and metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of the AI tools.
  • Compile a short list of client organizations to approach as pilot / development partners.

02. Development (3-8 weeks)

  • Design the AI tools (workflows, prompt instructions, system integrations, etc.).
  • Build a knowledge base for the AI tools to reference (drawn from your playbooks, publications, training decks, etc.).
  • Deliver a proof of concept for testing with initial clients.
  • Iterate based on client feedback.

03. Monetization

  • Together, we will outline and execute a strategy for marketing the AI tools to your clientele. 
  • In addition to developing the AI tools, our team can help with creating marketing collateral (one sheets, videos, etc.).
  • When sharing development and marketing costs with expert partners, we typically split revenues 35% to Parrotbox, 35% to the expert partner, 30% to whichever party made the sale (net after development, implementation, and operating expenses).

You retain full ownership of your methodologies, frameworks, and control over how your IP can be used in Parrotbox AI applications. We always use professional-tier accounts for AI providers (Anthropic, AWS, Google, ChatGPT, xAI) to ensure your data is never used to train publicly available models.

That varies based on the scope of the project – it could be as little as 16 hours to create an AI coach based on your methodology to 50+ hours if creating a complex AI system intended to automate the work of an entire department / function (including quality testing of outputs.)

No, though we will help you learn the basics so you can answer common client questions about the technology with confidence.

That’s partly up to you, but some of our partners have already achieved six figure returns on low five figure investments.
