Our team meets with your project leads and subject matter experts to define goals and gather source material. When possible, we observe your team’s day to day work firsthand to understand how AI agents and systems can meaningfully train and support them on the job.

02. Design

Working together, we define the goals, workflows, and knowledge architecture for the solution, whether it’s a training simulation or a copilot for real-world work. This includes reviewing and reformatting your organizational knowledge sources (documents and data) for AI consumption, and identifying any specialized capabilities or integrations your use case requires – whether that’s emotion recognition for speech input, equipment telemetry integration, or multilingual support.

03. Development

We can help your organization save on development time and costs by leveraging the capabilities of our proprietary platform – Parrotbox.ai – or build solutions within your organization’s existing AI infrastructure. Development will begin with a working prototype / proof of concept to confirm the goals are achievable within the original scope and budget. Once approved we will complete the MVP / production solution incorporating feedback from the prototype / proof-of-concept phase.

04. Testing

We will conduct extensive technical quality assurance testing, and help your team review for accuracy / performance / alignment with specifications.

05. Deployment

Most custom AI agent projects take 6-12 weeks from kickoff to deployment, depending on complexity and scope. Simpler agents (single-purpose virtual coaches, copilots focused on a single task) can be faster. Complex agents with multi-stage workflows and extensive knowledge bases take longer.

Plan for active participation during Discovery and Design phases (we need access to your subject matter experts and decision-makers). During Development and Testing, involvement is lighter but we’ll need timely feedback at review gates.

AI systems aren’t “set it and forget it.” We offer ongoing support for refinement, optimization, and model upgrades. Usage-based pricing means you only pay for what gets used, with controls to manage costs.
